Contacted Scott regarding losing some weight and gaining lean muscle a couple of months ago. He sorted me out a training and meal plan. With his advice and always being a text/call away I now love the gym and eating well. There are a lot of people out there giving the wrong advice but Scott’s knowledge is incredible. Scott is so dedicated to what he does and to his clients, he seems to genuinely want you to do well and help achieve your goals. He has given us programmes to do at home, which he has updated as we’ve progressed and dietary advise including macro calculations. Scott is always prompt in replying to any messages to answer any questions or provide advise.

I highly recommend Scott if you are looking for a personal trainer. I started training weekly with Scott in July last year. I was looking for a weights based programme and from his Facebook updates I thought Scott’s style of training was exactly what I needed. I was a bit apprehensive when we arranged to meet at Gracemount Gym (I’m far from a bodybuilder!!) but he assured me there were people of all shapes and sizes and I’m glad I didn’t let that put me off!!
